My family has had such a great experience with Dr. Cousin and his staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, and have made my lingual braces treatment such an easy process. I’m so happy with how everything turned out and would highly recommend Dr. Cousin to anyone looking for an orthodontist.

I could not recommend this practice more highly! Dr. Cousins is both a fantastic orthodontist who has a care and attention to detail around the entire treatment process that made the substantial work that my jaw required predictable, achievable, and really great looking! Dr. Cousins excels at coordinating treatment for a perfect ending outcome. He's not just here to throw alignment at a problem and walk away, he really focused on how my braces (lingual) would work alongside my jaw surgery, periodontal work, and eventual tooth restoration for a great end product. I never felt like I was having particular treatments "pushed" upon me, Dr. Cousins is very up-to-date on all of the recent research in various techniques and can truly talk through the pros and cons of each approach. If little issues came up along the way, he was very forthcoming with what this meant for timeline, ending outcome, and other considerations. I never felt in the dark, it was a real team effort. The staff throughout the practice are all very warm and professional. While it's never "fun" having to get braces, I truly believe that my experience via Bellevue Orthodontics & Smile Design was the best possible appro

I had a great experience with Dr. Cousin as my orthodontist. He is not only highly professional but also genuinely kind and humorous, which made every visit something to look forward to. He always took the time to explain each step of the process clearly and patiently, making sure I felt comfortable and informed. What stood out the most was how he created such a relaxed and welcoming environment—I never felt anxious during my appointments. The results of my treatment exceeded my expectations, and I’m truly satisfied with how everything turned out. Honestly, I already find myself missing the visits. Dr. Cousins and his team were really great. They took a lot of time explaining the necessary treatment before it started. Dr. Cousins was also really attentive to details and spent a lot of effort making sure everything was perfect. Everyone at the clinic was really friendly and accommodating with scheduling. I would definitely recommend Bellevue orthodontics.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Cousin & everyone on the ortho team. Dr. Cousin is completely transparent about what to expect before, during, and after braces. I had a Class 2 overbite which Dr. Cousin fixed with traditional buccal metal brackets + rubber bands + IPR. Keep in mind that teeth move very slowly! I was weary about getting braces as an adult but it was totally worth the time and investment.
